Launching “The Policy Frontline” podcast on YouTube, another opportunity for policy discussion

Last month marked the exciting debut of “The Policy Frontline,” a brand-new podcast series launched by the International Community NGO on YouTube featuring our staff members Agata Bidas, Adriano Coco, Davide Muzzu, Sara Maniar, and Anastasiia Todoruk. This platform serves as a vital space for expert-led discussions, interviews, in-depth analyses/opinions, and impactful advocacy on pressing global issues.

The inaugural episode, released on the somber anniversary of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, tackled the critical issue of disinformation surrounding Ukraine’s history, thanks to the guest contribution of Professor Olena Palko. This episode set the stage for the podcast’s commitment to dissecting complex geopolitical challenges and providing informed perspectives.

Building on this momentum, the International Community NGO team has released a highly anticipated interview with Antonio Decaro (S&D, Italy), Member of the European Parliament and Chair of the ENVI Committee. This was a significant opportunity to share our perspectives and present our recent EP Advocacy work on enhancing environmental action and youth participation. Notably, our delegation presented a comprehensive policy paper accompanied by our “More Youth in ENVI” campaign to increase youth representation within the ENVI Committee.

The Policy Frontline” aims to bridge the gap between policy experts and the public, offering accessible and insightful content that promotes informed dialogue. In this respect, by featuring prominent voices like MEP Antonio Decaro, the podcast seeks to clarify the complexities of contemporary issues and empower listeners to engage actively in our registered advocacy at the EU institutions.

Stay tuned to the International Community NGO’s YouTube channel for more insightful content from “The Policy Frontline.” Considering that our team has already explored critical issues surrounding disinformation and the significance of pro-EU engagement, including recent events across EU capitals on March 15, 2025, expect upcoming episodes featuring expert perspectives on pressing policy matters. Indeed, “The Policy Frontline” is poised to become an essential resource for our audience seeking to understand the critical policy debates shaping our world and better understand our advocacy activities at the EU institutions.
