As part of an enriching educational experience organized by the International Community NGO, a group of aspiring young professionals visited APCO Worldwide in Brussels. Nicholas Whyte, Senior Director and Head of Global Solutions in Brussels, delivered an engaging “Lobbying 101” presentation. He broke down the lobbying process, explaining its importance in shaping policies and the significance of strategic media campaigns. Participants also had the chance to discuss opportunities for youth to launch their careers in lobbying. Mr. Whyte’s personal story and professional journey served as an inspiring example, emphasizing the value of persistence, networking, and continuous learning in this competitive field.
